Wanlida active filter can dynamically filter harmonic with variable amplitude and frequency and compensate reactive power.

The main topology structure is three-phase H-bridge star connection, modularized power components are easy to maintenance and replace.Power modules adopt force air cooling, fans are made in Germany.The control system adopts Spartan3adsp FPGA of Xilinx.

3. Key components

3.1     Traction level IGBT module

Adopt international high-quality IGBT module.The fourth generation IGBT technology.Switching loss and conduction loss reduced dramatically.Temperature period and power period enhanced dramatically, the lifetime prolongs.Redundancy design of module ensures APF reliable and safety. 

3.2     Power Unit

 It is the core circuits of APF, used for power conversion. Modularized design, all power units have same structure and electrical performances, they can be interchangeable.

4.  Fully digital control system

Adopting Spartan3adsp FPGA chip of Xilinx.Calculate harmonic and reactive power in real time, and then realize dynamic track and compensation.The control system adopts modularized design.
